The Lunch Break Series presents casual concerts during the noon hour at a ticket price of $5 from June till the end of July. Concerts take place during

the lunch hour, and patrons are encouraged to bring their lunches into the concert hall and come-and-go as their work schedules permit.

The Lunch Break Series allows the ISO to grow and diversify audiences by countering all preconceived notions about classical music and is a more casual platform to welcome all walks of life in to the Hilbert Circle Theatre . The Lunch Break Series has been one of the most successful of the ISO's audience development initiatives, and it continues to experience growth year after year. The 2016 Lunch Break Series had 4,500 patrons attend, a 25% increase over attendance from the 2015 series.

As a project manager for the ISO’s 2016 and 2017 Fifth Third Bank Lunch Break Series I was responsible for planning and implementing a strategic marketing plan for the

Lunch Break Series as well as handling and managing pre-concert operations such as ticketing, interaction with patrons, and collecting audience member feedback.

The 2017 Lunch Break Series reached 1,200 more people than the previous year (5,882) and ended with total sales $11,000 over goal.
