Hello, there!
My name is Marci Mullaney and I am the Senior Assistant Director of Marketing Strategy for Housing and Residence Life at Ball State University!
In my role, I lead a talented team to create clear, effective communications that connect with students, parents, and campus partners. I collaborate with teams across Business Operations, Residential Learning, and Facilities to ensure our messaging aligns with our department’s goals, and I’m passionate about making sure everything we do is both impactful and engaging.
Before coming to Ball State, I worked at the University of Notre Dame and the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, where I gained a broad range of marketing experience, from digital communications to creative design.
Outside of work, I stay connected with my alma mater as a member of the Young Alumni Council, where I help support the university’s mission and engage with fellow alumni. I’m driven by creativity, organization, and challenges, and I’m always eager to find new ways to connect with others. I love my work, and I’m proud to contribute to a department that values collaboration, innovation, and student success.
